I wrote, illustrated, graphically designed, published, and planned a book tour for my children's book, An Everyday Kind of Beautiful. The carousel below (click images to rotate through!) features a few excerpts from the book text and some of the illustrations, which I did in soft pastel. You can click on an image to see it full-size. To add to the sense of growth throughout, I created vector art page number graphics, which you can see on the bottom of the illustration pages. The illustrations follow the growth of a seed into a fully colored flower. Images from parts of the book tour are below the carousel.
